المقادير:
-شاورما لحم و شورما دجاج الجاهزة المثلجة
-بهارات الي تحبين (ستخدمت أورغانو وببريكا) وماجي نص حبه حق العلبه
-بصل مقطع جوانح
الطريقة:
-نقلب البصل
-ونضيف الشورما لحم أو دجاج
-نحط الماجي
-نضيف البهارات
ونستمر فالتقليب لمدة ربع ساعه تقريبا.

بعدين تحل دوائر مثل الخبز العربي وبالطاوه فوق النار
واللحمه عباره عن لحم ناعم مع بصل وثوم وبقدونس وبهارات وملح
عملتها اصابع وبالفرن

صمون صغير الحجم/حلوم مشوح على النار في مقلاه تيفال بدون زيت طماطم مقطع انصاف شرائح/زيتون مقطع بدون نواة/زيت زيتون مخلوط مع زعتر

صمون صغير الحجم/حلوم مشوح على النار في مقلاه تيفال بدون زيت طماطم مقطع انصاف شرائح/زيتون مقطع بدون نواة/زيت زيتون مخلوط مع زعتر

نجمع المقادير مع بعض جيدا الى الحصول على عجينة لينة نشكلها كوريرات صغيرة ونتركها ترتاح مدة نصف ساعة........

حشوة الساندويتش:
صدر دجاج + شوي بابريكا + فلفل اسود + بهارات مشكلة + ملح + بصل جوانح+فلفل الوان + افوكاتو+ جبن شرائح
الطريقة
في الزيت نحمر البصل ثم نضيف الدجاج والفلفل نضيف البهارات ونترك الكل يستوي في قليل من الماء ....لمايتبخر كل الماء ....نحشي الخبز بالحشوة ونضيف الافوكاتو شرائح والجبن ونلفها ......نضعها في صينية الفرن وندخلها الفرن الساخن 5 دقائق فقط كي تدوب الجبنة ....وقدميها بالصحة
