تسع قطع من التوست الطرىأي كميه من السجق ملعقه كبيره زبادي+ 3 بيضات200 جرام جبنه مبشوره أى صنف مفضل ملعقه صغيره زبده بقدونس - ملح -فلفل أسود
-وممكن اضافة أى توابل أخرى لمحبي التوابل يجب مراعاة تقليل الملح اذا كان نوع الجبن المستخدم به ملح كثير
