المعنى / Meaning

1 احتياط: Reserve

سيولة تترك لشراء أسهم جديدة لا توجد في المحفظة لانخفاضها بشكل غير متوقع وبدون سبب معقول.
Liquidity left for the purchase of new shares does not exist in the portfolio to fall unexpectedly and without reasonable cause.

2 ارتداد السهم/ السوق: Reversible share /market

وهو أن يعكس السهم/ السوق توجهه الحالي.
That reflects the share / market driven current.

3 إرجاف: Scare

تخويف الآخرين والتأثير عليهم بالبيع أو بعدم الشراء.
Intimidate others and influence them to sell, or not to purchase.
4 استثمار: investment
عمليات بيع وشراء متوسطة أو طويلة المدى.
The sale and purchase of medium - or long-term.
5 إشاعة: Rumor
معلومة غير مؤكدة.
Unconfirmed information.
6 السعر المستهدف: desirable Price
هو السعر المتوقع للسهم خلال مدة معينة.
The expected price per share during a certain period

7 العائد على السهم: Revenue for the share

وهو مقياس لربحية السهم (مجموع صافي الأرباح/ عدد أسهم الشركة ).
A measure of the profitability of the shares (total net profit / number of shares)

8 القيمة الاسمية: Nominal value :

قيمة السهم حسبما تم الاكتتاب به.
The value of shares as by subscription.
9 القيمة الدفترية: Book value :
قيمة السهم حسبما هو موجود في سجلات الشركة.
The value of shares as has been found in the company's records.

10 القيمة السوقية: Market value :
قيمة السهم حسبما يحدده وضع السوق.
The value of shares as determined by the market

الكميات المتداولة: The quantities traded : مجموع عمليات البيع التي تمت.

Total sales made. 12 اندماج: Integration / merging :
وهو أن تقوم أكثر من شركة بالتوحد في شركة واحدة.

تاريخ الاستحقاق: Maturity date :
التاريخ الذي بإقفاله يتحدد مستحقي الربح أو المنحة.

تجزئة/ تقسيم:[/
COLOR] Fragmentation / division : أن تقوم الشركة بتقسيم السهم الواحد إلى عدد من الأسهم ذات قيمة أقل.

That division of the company to share the same number of shares of lesser value.
15 تجميع: Assembly :
شراء كميات كبيرة من الأسهم المتوقع ارتفاع سعرها بوضع طلبات قليلة وبأسعار منخفضة.

The purchase of large quantities of shares expected to rise ,in Small orders, and at low prices.

16 تخفيض رأس المال: capital :Reducing

وهو أن تقوم الشركة بتخفيض رأس مالها وعدد أسهمها.

It is that the company reduced capital and the number of shares. 17

تدوير: cycling :

بيع وشراء غير حقيقي لأسباب كثيرة أهمها إيهام المتداولين وجذب انتباههم لهذا السهم أو إبعاد أنظارهم عن سهم آخر

Fake Buying and selling for many reasons, the most important reason is to delude and attract attention to a share or to draw attention far from anther share of the shares or looking for another share


18 تصريف: CONDUCT :

بيع كميات كبيرة من الأسهم المتوقع انخفاض سعرها مع دعم السهم بطلبات كبيرة.

The sale of large quantities of shares expected decline in the share price with the support requests significantly.

19 تطبيل: Drumming :

تشجيع الآخرين والتأثير عليهم بالشراء أو بعدم البيع.

Encourage others and influence them to Buy or not to buy or sell. 20تعديل وضع: The amendment put

تترك لشراء أسهم إضافية على ما هو موجود في المحفظة لانخفاضها بشكل غير متوقع.

21- حاجز المقاومة: The barrier of resistance:
هي المستويات التي يصعب صعود سعر السهم أو المؤشر فوقها، وكسر هذا الحاجز يعتبر خبر جيد.
The levels are difficult to rise share price index or above, and breaking this barrier is good news.
22 حركة السهم: The movement of the share
: ارتفاع أو انخفاض سعره وكمية تداوله.
High or low price and the quantity traded.

25 خروج من السوق: Exit the Market
تصريف "الأسهم وتسييل المحفظة والانتظار

البدء مجددا بشراء وبيع الأسهم.
Start again to buy and sell shares.

27 دعم: support
طلب كمية كبيرة بسعر معين منخفض قليلا حتى لا ينخفض السعر عن هذا الحد.
Request a large quantity at a price slightly low so as not to fall lower than this limit.

28 رش: shower

بيع كميات كبيرة من الأسهم بدون دعم السهم لغرض الضغط عليها وتخفيض سعرها.
The sale of large quantities of shares without the support of the shares for the purpose of pressure and to reduce their price.

29 رفع: Elevate
رفع سعر السهم لأسباب كثيرة أهمها لجني أرباح.
Raising the per-share price for many reasons, mainly to reap profits.
30 زيادة رأس المال: Increase the Capital

وهو أن تقوم الشركة بزيادة رأس مالها وعدد أسهمها سواء بالاكتتاب أو المنح.
It is that the company increase its capital and the number of shares either subscription or grants.

31 سياسة القطيع: policy of the herd :

مسايرة الآخرين إن اشتروا تشتري وان باعوا تبيع. وهي سياسة فاشلة.

Keep With others to buy, bought and sold sells. It is a failure policy .

32 سيولة:
Liquidity : النقد المتوفرة في المحفظة.
Monetary available in the portfolio.
33 شال السهم:
Share is Up أي تم شراء كميات كبيرة بالأسعار المعروضة.

34 شراء/ بيع بسعر السوق:
Buy/Sell with market price الشراء أو البيع بأفضل سعر في السوق دون تحديد سعر معين.
Buying or selling the best price on the market without identifying a given price.
35 شركة مشبوهة: Suspicious Company

شركات حددتها اللجنة الشرعية التابعة لشركة الراجحي المصرفية بأنها شركات تتعامل بالربا بما يزيد عن نسب معينة في الثلاثة مجالات التالية: القروض، العوائد، الاستثمار.

Companies identified by the Commission legitimacy of Al Rajhi Banking as companies that deal in Riba including more than certain percentages in the following three areas : loans, returns, investment.

36 صناع السوق:
Market Makers هم الأشخاص والمؤسسات التي تتحكم بالسوق صعودا ونزولا وثباتا.

Individuals and institutions, which control the market up and down and steady

37 ضغط: Pressure
عرض كمية كبيرة عند سعر معين مرتفع قليلا حتى لا يرتفع السعر عن هذا الحد.

Offer to sell large quantity at a given price, slightly higher so as not to increase the price of this limit.

38 طار السهم :
Share Flies أي ارتفع السهم ارتفاع كبير.
Shares rose high.
39 طار السوق:
Market Flies أي ارتفع السوق ارتفاع كبير .
Market rose high.

40 طلب:
Demand شراء.

عائد الأرباح:
The return of the profits : هو نسبة العائد الحالي للأرباح الموزعة من قيمة السهم (الربح الموزع * 100/ قيمة السهم).

Is the current rate of return of the profits distributed by the value of the share (profit distributor * 100 / value of the share).
42 عرض:
Offer بيع.
Sell

43 عطه:
Give it أي بعه.
Sell it

44 في السوق:
In Market مستمر في شراء وبيع الأسهم.
Continuing in the purchase and sale of shares.

45 كسر:
Broke Buriers تجاوز حد معين صعودا أو نزولا، مثل كسر كمية معينة، كسر سعر معين، كسر قيمة مؤشر.
going Beyond a certain point upwards or downwards, such as breaking a certain quantity, or price , Or break the index value .

46 متعلق:
Hanging من اشترى سهم بسعر أعلى من السعر الحالي.
He who bought shares at a price higher than the current value

47 محفظة:
Wallet الحساب المخصص للاستثمار بالأسهم لدى احد وسطاء التداول.
The account for equity investment with one of the mediators

48 مستويات الدعم:
Support Levels هي المستويات التي يصعب نزول سعر السهم أو المؤشر تحتها، وكسر هذا الحاجز يعتبر خبر سيء.

49 مضاربة:
Speculation : عمليات بيع وشراء يومية أو دورية لجني أرباح.
The sale and purchase of a daily or periodically to take profits.

50 منحة:
grant أن تمنح الشركة المساهم أسهما إضافية بنسبة معينة من الأسهم التي يملكها.
When a company grants an additional shares on a certain percentage of shares owned.

51 نسبة (%):

Ratio (%) : هي النسبة المقررة نظاما، وهي 10% من سعر إغلاق السهم في اليوم السابق، سواء صعودا أو نزولا في اليوم الواحد.
The Official ratio , which is 10% of the closing price of shares on the previous day, either up or down in one day.
52 هامور:

Big Fish من لديه سيولة وكميات أسهم كثيرة وله تأثير قوي على حركة السوق
